After Hours Emergencies

   

Our calls are answered by an answering service after office hours for URGENT medical issues. It is not a substitute for an office visit OR the Emergency Room. The answering service cannot process scheduling questions, request for appointments, cancellations, new conditions not discussed on previous visits, pain flairs, pain medication requests or medication refill requests. These requests are handled during office hours only. If you feel you might a true medical emergency, dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency department, do not waste time calling an answering serivce. If the call is deemed to not be an emergency, such as a request for pain medication or a request to go up on or change pain medication, a $35.00 fee may be assessed by the clinic.
