Education and Training
Dr. Webb’s educational foundation is as broad as it is deep. He holds a Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law — credentials that uniquely position him to navigate the complex regulatory, compliance, and business dimensions of modern medical practice. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine, where he was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society by the votes of fellow students, residents, faculty, and staff in recognition of his demonstrated excellence in clinical care, compassion, leadership, and dedication to service.
He completed his Anesthesia Residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, serving as Chief Resident and earning both the Resident of the Year Award and the Resident Colleague of the Year Award, before completing a Pain Medicine Fellowship at the same institution, where he served as Co-Chief Fellow.
Professional Experience
Following fellowship, Dr. Webb joined Total Pain Care of Flowood — the largest non-academic interventional pain management group in Mississippi — where he served simultaneously as a treating physician, Founding Medical Director of the group’s affiliated ambulatory surgery center, and faculty Instructor in the Department of Anesthesia and Pain Management at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Under his medical directorship, the surgery center grew to become the largest single-specialty pain management surgery center in the state of Mississippi.
During this same period, he served as a national continuing medical education instructor through PBI Education in conjunction with the University of California School of Medicine, teaching physicians across the country on the proper prescribing of controlled substances, healthcare law, ethics, and risk management.
Dr. Webb serves as Director of the Department of Pain Management at Baldwin Health, where he oversees clinical operations, departmental strategy, and quality improvement initiatives. He concurrently serves as Medical Director for the Specialty Surgical Center at Baldwin Health and as a Clinical Instructor for the Baldwin Health Family Medicine Residency Program, mentoring physicians in pain management principles, appropriate prescribing, and multidisciplinary care. He serves as Chief of Staff Elect of Baldwin Health and sits on the Baldwin Health Medical Executive Committee.
Clinical Practice
At Coastal Spine & Pain, Dr. Webb and his team offer patients access to the full continuum of interventional pain management services, including diagnostic and therapeutic spinal injections, peripheral nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation, and additional modalities intended to help patients regain function and decrease pain.
His philosophy is straightforward: every patient deserves a thorough evaluation, a precise diagnosis, and a personalized treatment plan that prioritizes functional restoration and quality of life. With Coastal Spine & Pain, Dr. Webb has created the practice he always envisioned — one where advanced medicine, compassionate care, and patient-centered values are not aspirations, but the standard.
