Richard T. Webb, MD, JD, LLM
Founder and Medical Director
Dr. Webb is a dual board-certified physician in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology who founded Coastal Spine & Pain to deliver advanced interventional pain care in Baldwin County. He completed his residency and pain fellowship at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and additionally holds a Juris Doctorate and a Master of Laws in Taxation.

Rachael Arredondo, MSN, FNP-C
Nurse Practitioner
Ms. Arredondo is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of experience in interventional pain management. She has practiced alongside Dr. Webb since 2023, conducting pain evaluations, performing joint and bursa injections, and supporting the full range of interventional procedures offered by the practice.
